Thank you for visiting my state senate website. It’s an honor to represent the 27th district in the Colorado General Assembly – a district that includes portions of Arapahoe County from Deer Trail on the east through Greenwood Village on the west.

The 2011 legislative session marked the third year of my second four-year term serving in the state senate. In November 2008, I was elected to serve a second term as a state senator.

This website can provide lots of information for voters. It includes information on my background and issues that I am passionate about. I’ve also included a mini-civics lesson about how Colorado government works.
