State Senator Nancy Spence was elected to a four-year term in the Colorado State Senate in November 2004. She was elected Assistant Minority Leader in the senate. Previously she served three terms in the Colorado State House.

MY CAMPAIGN for RE-ELECTION this November is underway!

I'll be recruiting even more volunteers and visiting with more constituents as we move closer to the October date for early voting.

We'll be walking neighborhoods, distributing literature, and marching in parades. It's FUN!

Welcome to my Colorado senate website and thank you for visiting. It’s an honor to represent the 27th senate district – which includes portions of Arapahoe County from Deer Trail on the east through Greenwood Village on the west. The 2008 legislative session marked the last year of my first four-year term serving my constituents in the state senate. My campaign for re-election is already underway and I hope for your support for a second term as your state senator.

This website can provide you with lots of information, including legislation that I’ve proposed and passed. It also includes information on my background and issues that I am passionate about. I’ve also included a mini-civics lesson about how Colorado government works.
